How to engage relevant stakeholders? using VIRRAKE as a case

We warmly welcome you to attend this live online study as a part of the International Workshop on Digital Nudging and Digital Persuasion, DNDP 2022 Workshop (https://iwdndworkshop.wordpress.com/), organized by LUT University, Finland. As part of the DNDP Workshop, Hamad Bin Khalifa University, Doha, Qatar, this study will start at (GMT 3+), 3 pm Finnish time (March 29, 2022)and will run till 4.25 pm.

This live study will consist of:

  • Demo video of VIRRKAE by XAMK
  • Presentation by TAU (mostly VR as a testing environment to engage stakeholders)
  • Discussion based on the presentation by TAU
  • A participatory study by LUT University (model and evaluation on stakeholders’ participation and engagement)

If you would like to explore more about stakeholders, their levels of engagement and how to evaluate and are passionate about digital services sustainability and want to make your opinion heard; this workshop is the perfect fit for you!

This workshop will allow you to pretend yourself as a part of the VIRRAKE service design: a VR based pilot service in its test service phase. Together with experts from academia and industry, you are going to inspire, ideate and share your knowledge and thoughts to create a solid basis for you. As examples,

  • you will have the opportunity to pretend yourself involved in this service design process as stakeholders,
  • exploring more about how the service persuade you in engagement related activities, motivation, and
  • knowing more about motivation and trust-related issues that influence individuals’ engagement for future development of the services in a public transpiration field such as the VIRRAKE.
